Ticket prices include your participation in the Hearth Summit, 2x lunch, 1x dinner, and beverages. And if you are one of the first 80 ticket buyers, the pre-dinner and integration brunch are also included.

Our cancellation policy for the Hearth Summit Berlin 2025 is as follows:

  • Full refunds available until February 12, 2025 (minus a processing fee of €40).
  • 50% refunds available until February 24, 2025 (minus a processing fee of €40).
  • No refunds within 48 hours of the event. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else—we’ll assist you with this if possible (starting February 25, 12:01 AM).
  • If the event is canceled by the organizer: Full refunds for all participants.
